Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all tickets and tickets offered by us are available for immediate delivery or as a download after successful payment and can be printed out immediately.

Note: Tickets as well as all virtual articles are excluded from the revocation.

The bringing of cameras, tape recorders and film or video cameras is not permitted. Photographing is only permitted by mobile phones and for private use only. Likewise, no alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, dangerous objects and own seats are allowed.


Was my ticket order successful?

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please check your emails and see if you have received an order confirmation. In rare cases, emails end up in the spam filter of your mailbox. If there is no e-mail from us, please contact our customer service via our ticket hotline.


My ticket order has not arrived yet.

Normally the delivery takes place with payment by credit card, PayPal or SOFORT transfer in 2-3 days. If you pay by direct debit, your tickets will be delivered within 6-8 days. Of course, we take into account the date of your booked event and send in any case on time. In individual cases or z. B. by public holidays, there may be delays on the post. If your order is longer and you have not received any tickets, please contact us via our ticket hotline. If the event is timely, please contact us immediately.


Has my booked event been canceled or postponed?

As soon as we are informed about the cancellation or postponement of an event, we immediately notify our customers by e-mail or telephone. All current cases can be viewed on this website under Cancellation & Transfers. If you would like to inquire about a particular event or have even learned of a failure, you can also contact our customer service.


I want to return my purchased tickets. What can I do?

An exchange of tickets is unfortunately not accepted by the organizers cooperating with us. There is no general legal obligation to exchange.


Can I make the price on my ticket unrecognizable?

Yes, the price may be made unrecognizable on the ticket. Please note, however, that the barcode (barcode) must be clearly visible to the inlet.


Can I still print my tickets later?

Of course, we will send you an e-mail with the ticket link to the given e-mail address with each order. Of course, if you can not or do not want to print immediately, you can do so later.


I have a problem with my printed ticket.

If the link sent to you does not work or you have problems logging in, please contact our customer service or our ticket hotline.


Note wheelchair users:

Wheelchair spaces in the seating and standing area (free of charge) must also be ordered via the form. Unfortunately, we have only a limited number available in the seating area. Please understand that at least one accompanying person (payable) must be present.

For standing tickets, wheelchair users with disabilities are to be expected.
